Personable and genuine, Erica has never met a person she doesn’t enjoy talking to. And most everyone feels the same way about her, which is why our clients are all such vocal fans. Although Erica has many duties integrated within her role, the self-described “best part of the job” is when she can share a beverage, cookie, and long chat with visitors.
As Director of First Impressions, Erica creates a company culture that places Carson Wealth a step above the rest. She has a true passion for creating personal relationships with each client, not only through her daily interactions in the office and on the telephone, but also through marketing events such as random acts of kindness, as well as birthday, sympathy and anniversary gifts.
Erica graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textiles and Merchandising. Her passion for client service began at a local paper distributor and followed her to Carson Wealth where she is starting her 17th year as a stakeholder.
Erica lives in Hagerstown with her husband Brian, and daughter, Ragan. When Erica is not at the office, she can be found outdoors having a cocktail with friends and family, at an antique market or watching her favorite team on ESPN. She and her family are huge fans of the Washington Redskins (Hail To The Redskins!) and the Maryland Terrapins (Fear The Turtle!).
“When I was five-years old, my mother told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy.’ They told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life.” John Lennon, The Beatles
Place Erica would most like to visit:
A quaint flea market in Paris
Apollo 13 and Remember the Titans
Her family – Her high school sweetheart, Brian, who is now her husband of 30 years and daughter, Ragan, who just graduated from Shenandoah University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree.
