About Kayla

Kayla learned the value of having a strong work ethic while growing up on her family’s small farm in Tazewell County, VA.  From raising her own fruits and vegetables to taking care of their horses to maintaining the landscape of their property, Kayla understands the importance and value of hard work and dedication.

Kayla began her career at an engineering firm after obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from King University in 2009. Kayla’s has been uniquely prepared for a career with Carson Wealth because of her background in accounting and as an Officer Manager with a real estate company. Kayla has always had a talent to work with people and numbers, and Carson Wealth brings both of those together.

Kayla and her husband, John, are avid outdoor enthusiasts and can be found in the either the mountains or near the water. They enjoy hiking, biking, off-roading, standup paddle boarding, having a weekend away at the beach, traveling to new places, or watching college football-GEAUX TIGERS! They live in Abingdon, VA with their dog, Rowdy, who most definitely lives up to his name.
