Meet Michael

Michael graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Business degree in Economics. Out of college, he spent two and a half years with Mutual of Omaha working in life and disability insurance sales and briefly as a financial advisor. 

He went on to work at TD Ameritrade toward the end of 2018 as a client service representative and became a licensed broker in 2019.

He has a small, close-knit family with one older sister and one younger sister. His father John was an Omaha police officer for 30 years and recently retired. His mother Patty is still working as a recruiter for temporary staffing companies.

When Big Red is playing, they’re watching – at home or preferably at the stadium!

Michael and his girlfriend Gisèle volunteer with the Heartland German Shepherd Rescue (HUGS) here in Omaha and frequently take on foster dogs. They have two dogs of their own, Leo, a one-year-old German shepherd, and Daphne, a six-year-old terrier mix. Both were adopted from HUGS and are the sweetest puppies in the world.
